Service Description
This Corevibe and Flow (mat pilates) entails a 45-minute to 1-hour mat Pilates class that combines mindful movement with belly or lateral breathing and ends with a soothing myofascial release. The class duration can vary depending on the series, whether it’s a Teaser or a Classic Pilates Mat. It focuses on 5-6 movements designed to engage and strengthen the full body, finishing with myofascial release stretches using a 36-inch foam roller. Throughout the class, you'll practice the Six Pilates Principles: centering, concentration, coordination, flow, precision, and control. The focus is on engaging your powerhouse (the center of the body) consistently, which will enhance both strength and flexibility across the entire body. Who is This Class For? - All Fitness Levels & Ages – Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. - Pre/Postnatal Participants – The routine is adjustable to meet your needs, with modifications available. Prenatal participants are encouraged to use a Rolflex foam roller for support. - Those Looking to Build Core Strength & Flexibility – A great way to strengthen your body and increase flexibility through controlled movements. ⚡ First Trimester? Please wear grip or yoga socks for added stability during the session. ❗️ If you are pregnant, a note from your doctor clearing you to exercise is required to take the class. ❗️Shoes are not allowed except in the spin room. Grip socks (yoga socks) are available for purchase in our boutique.

Cancellation Policy
❗️To take advantage of the "bring a friend" option, the total must be paid at once. ✅ Shoes are not allowed except in the spin room. Grip socks (yoga socks) are available for purchase in our boutique. ✅ If you are new to a class, especially spin, please show up 10-15 minutes before the class starts so we can set up the correct bike fit and discuss any questions or health concerns. ✅ Please arrive on time; we give a 5-minute grace period. ✅ If you are pregnant, a note from your doctor clearing you to exercise is required to take the class ✅ Classes require at least two participants. If fewer sign up, we’ll notify you if it is canceled. “Late and No Show policy” ✅ There is a 4-hour cancellation policy on all regularly scheduled classes. ✅ There is a $10 fee for a no-show or for not canceling 4 hours before class. The fee will be waived if there is an emergency, injury, illness, etc. ✅ If you miss a class, please cancel any other classes you scheduled ahead of time so you are not charged for them.
