Service Description
A great class for Beginners but for all Fitness levels! High intensity movements but low impact with isometric contractions to tone muscles, improve balance, and flexibility. Only 35 minutes, "Barre for Life style" 2 or more clients needed for class!! Per studio policy.

Cancellation Policy
❗️To take advantage of the "bring a friend" option, Client must have a Package. ✅ Shoes are not allowed except in the spin room. Grip socks (yoga socks) are available for purchase in our boutique. ✅ If you are new to a class, especially spin, please show up 10-15 minutes before the class starts so we can set up the correct bike fit and discuss any questions or health concerns. ✅ Please arrive on time; we give a 5-minute grace period. ✅ If you are pregnant, a note from your doctor clearing you to exercise is required to take the class ✅ Classes require at least two participants. If fewer sign up, we’ll notify you if it is canceled. “Late and No Show policy” ✅ There is a 7-hour cancellation policy on all regularly scheduled classes. ✅ There is a $10 fee for a no-show or for not canceling 7 hours before class. The fee will be waived if there is an emergency, injury, illness, etc. ✅ If you miss a class, please cancel any other classes you scheduled ahead of time if your ill.
