Cancellation Policy

❗️To take advantage of the "bring a friend" option, Client must have a Package. ✅ Shoes are not allowed except in the spin room. Grip socks (yoga socks) are available for purchase in our boutique. ✅ If you are new to a class, especially spin, please show up 10-15 minutes before the class starts so we can set up the correct bike fit and discuss any questions or health concerns. ✅ Please arrive on time; we give a 5-minute grace period. ✅ If you are pregnant, a note from your doctor clearing you to exercise is required to take the class ✅ Classes require at least two participants. If fewer sign up, we’ll notify you if it is canceled. “Late and No Show policy” ✅ There is a 7-hour cancellation policy on all regularly scheduled classes. ✅ There is a $10 fee for a no-show or for not canceling 7 hours before class. The fee will be waived if there is an emergency, injury, illness, etc. ✅ If you miss a class, please cancel any other classes you scheduled ahead of time if your ill.
