Service Description
This dynamic format blends cycling and explosive core intervals, making it a powerful workout for endurance, strength, and fat-burning. The class begins with spin segments, where you'll ride through hill climbs, flat roads, tempo training, anaerobic endurance, and explosive power intervals to challenge your cardiovascular system. In between sprints, you'll hop off the bike for high-intensity Tabata rounds, then get back on for the next ride. The class finishes with Tabata core and stability intervals to build strength and stabilization. The cooldown includes either static stretching or myofascial release using foam rollers to help your body recover. Cancellation Policy
❗️To take advantage of the "bring a friend" option, the total must be paid at once. ✅ Shoes are not allowed except in the spin room. Grip socks (yoga socks) are available for purchase in our boutique. ✅ If you are new to a class, especially spin, please show up 10-15 minutes before the class starts so we can set up the correct bike fit and discuss any questions or health concerns. ✅ Please arrive on time; we give a 5-minute grace period. ✅ If you are pregnant, a note from your doctor clearing you to exercise is required to take the class ✅ Classes require at least two participants. If fewer sign up, we’ll notify you if it is canceled. “Late and No Show policy” ✅ There is a 4-hour cancellation policy on all regularly scheduled classes. ✅ There is a $10 fee for a no-show or for not canceling 4 hours before class. The fee will be waived if there is an emergency, injury, illness, etc. ✅ If you miss a class, please cancel any other classes you scheduled ahead of time so you are not charged for them.
